This super neat coffee shop opened up about a year ago and is such a modern and innovative spot! Their interior is light and airy with a modern take. It was my first time here and I was welcomed with a friendly staff member. I'm a sucker for seasonal drinks so I decided to try their peach blossom matcha with oat milk. This drink has tastes of peach, matcha, and lavender. I loved how smooth the matcha was and it blended well with their peach puree. The shop has a few tables and bar seating with plenty of outlets scattered throughout. They also offer free wifi making this a great place to study or get some work done. It's also located in a plaza with plenty of parking spots.

Redshift is currently my go-to spot for studying and good coffee drinks! I really like how they have a "for-here" option with glass cups and mugs. They have glass cups even for water cups with a water dispenser in the corner, which is such an amazing way to reduce waste and to elevate the experience for those who want to stay longer inside. Food: My first drink I came during Valentine's day, where I had the sweetheart latte. It was so delicious, but I came again recently only to find out it was a special drink for the season. I asked the worker to try and find me a similar drink given I got an iced vanilla latte, and she did an amazing job by suggesting that I add a cream top and she would add a little cocoa powder on top! Even though it was a bit pricier, I had no objections because it was so delicious. The espresso was not too strong. Drinks were on the sweeter side due to the cream top, but it was perfect for me. My sister got the matcha flight (not pictured here), but she said that it was super unique, the presentation was stunning, and the taste was delicious. Service/Ambiance: The workers have been extremely informative and helpful every time I have come here. The first time I came someone walked me through the menu very nicely, and every time I have ordered they have greeted me or given me suggestions based on what I asked. They have multiple tables inside with many outlets, and they even have cushion pillows on seating that is against the wall. I've never had an issue finding seating or with long wait times as well. Parking is easy and free in a parking lot with no time limit. Overall: I will be coming back to Redshift for sure! Their drinks are wonderful and the seating is so comfy. Awesome place to study or have a coffee chat.

I'm so glad this place opens early! I dropped off my sister off the train station and was intending to stay for a short while after buying coffee beans for family. It was a Joyful delight to discover that there is a current deal going on where you're offered a free handcrafted drink for buying coffee beans! So I received a matcha latte, and got further blessed by an awesome seahorse latte artwork. There is a good amount of seating available for work, study, and conversations. WiFi is readily available and bathrooms are easily accessible. The lighting is warm. Parking is also quite ample. The service is kind and I really appreciated the whole environment.

This menu is very unique! Like orange juice with espresso and carbonated coffee unique. I got the Raf Vanilla coffee because I wasn't feeling adventurous. My sister got the OJ espresso (Bumble Coffee) and didn't end up liking it haha - so you're taking a risk with some of these. They also sell their own beans, pastries, and merch. The thing that really stood out was the amazing service. The sweet woman at the counter was SO helpful in educating us on their menu items and overall just so so so kind. Thank you!! The space is very clean, modern, and open. A few people were working, it was a very chill vibe. Another great family-owned, women-owned local biz!

The 5 Stars Is For The Simple Fact That They Have GLASSWARE For Water! Thank You Guys For That! It's Also For The Drink And Service That Was Given. The Person At The Cashier Was Very Nice And Welcoming. When Asked About The Menu, She Was Very Knowledgeable. I Am One That Loves To Try New Drinks. She Recommended One Of The Specialty Drinks And It Did Not Disappoint. Overall, It's Nice Lil Shop Close To The 5. I Would Definitely Be Back To Try The Other Drinks. If Ever You Find Yourself In Lake Forest And In Need Of Some Good Coffee, Stop On By And Have Your Own Experience.

Came here on a whim of trying new coffee and we were surprised by the drinks. The drinks were different but very well balanced and surprisingly tasty. Service was amazing the owner explained the concept behind the coffee and man can you say so amazing. Place is very catchy to the eye yet so simple. Definitely coming back.

First time. Tried following: * Bumble Coffee (Iced coffee + orange juice) - Smooth coffee taste with slight acidity. If you like both then its a good unique choice. * Lavender Latte with Oat milk - Nice flavors. Not artificial tasting. Perfectly sweetened the way it is. Overall drinks we tried were solid. Hard seating. Wifi available. Some Outlets. Service could be friendlier. Overall 4 stars for now.

Redshift Coffee Roasters is a calm luh spot definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a nice modern and minimalistic interior with about 7-8 tables for seating. As for their menu, they have a solid selection of different signature, classic, coffee, and tea drinks along with some food items too. Wifey and I stopped by for our weekend matcha run and opted to try the Summer Matcha Tonic, Matcha Latte, and a Spinach & Feta Pastry. We enjoyed the subtle notes of the drinks and the balance of sweetness. Overall, this spot has a great cozy ambiance and a solid selection of drinks. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Come check them out and show some love!

First time at redshift this weekend, but definitely not the last! Stopped in and ordered the sweetheart latte (rose latte with strawberry cold foam and dried strawberries). Loved it! Such a fun seasonal item, hopefully they bring it back again later this year. Cute spot, very modern and minimal, plenty of seats. Would definitely hang out here for a few hours if I need to get some work done later. We were greeted right away. The team was very friendly! Good vibes and gave us descriptions (and pics!) of some of the drinks we had questions about. Will be back to try the matcha flight!
